1. Introduction
Welcome to SRK Holidays (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website at srkholidaysandtravels.in or booking any travel services with us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Booking & Reservation Policy
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only after we receive the applicable advance payment and issue a confirmation voucher. Prices quoted are per person unless stated otherwise and may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, with full refund in such cases.
3. Payment Terms
Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other specified methods. A non-refundable deposit of 25%–50% is required at booking depending on the package. The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before departure for domestic tours and 15 days for international tours. Late payment may result in automatic cancellation.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email at hello@srkholidays.com. Refund amounts depend on timing:
- 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus Rs. 500 processing fee per person.
- 15–29 days before departure: 75% refund.
- 7–14 days before departure: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.
- International packages may follow stricter supplier cancellation policies.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, lost baggage, and other contingencies. SRK Holidays is not liable for loss, injury, or damage from events beyond our control including natural disasters, political unrest, flight cancellations, or health emergencies.
6. Passenger Responsibilities
All passengers must carry valid ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driver’s License). For international travel, a valid passport with 6+ months validity and necessary visas are the passenger’s sole responsibility. We are not responsible for denied boarding, deportation, or fines due to improper documentation.
7. Baggage & Belongings
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings at all times. SRK Holidays is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the tour including in vehicles, hotels, or at destinations.
8. Conduct & Behavior
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any passenger from a tour without refund for disruptive, illegal, or inappropriate behavior that jeopardizes the safety or enjoyment of other travelers.
9. Force Majeure
SRK Holidays shall not be liable for delay, cancellation, or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control including acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, government restrictions, weather conditions, or pandemics. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule, but no refunds will be provided in such cases.
10. Vehicle & Transport
Vehicles are provided as per the itinerary. We reserve the right to substitute with similar or superior models without notice. Any damage caused by passengers to the vehicle will be charged accordingly.
11. Accommodation
Hotels are selected based on the package category. Standard check-in is 12:00 PM–2:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM–12:00 PM. Early/late requests are subject to availability and may incur charges.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content including text, images, logos, and design is the intellectual property of SRK Holidays. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SRK Holidays’s total liability for any claim shall be limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the specific booking. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
14. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
15. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Please review this page periodically.
